      Voice of the Young Person

      • There is always someone to talk to.

      • You can talk about your feelings and you are not judged, I feel listened to and I know they are here because they care.

      • The staff do a lot for you, if you have an interest they will take you to do the activity.

      • I feel safe when I’m supported by Paragon members of staff, the support they give me is unbelievable.

      Tailored Support Packages

      We provide tailored support packages within family homes or in a hospital environment with a staffing ratio starting from 1 staff member to 1 young person. Support in the family home or in hospitals can be for a few hours each day up to 24/7 support. Support in the family home or in hospitals could be requested for a number of reasons but predominantly to keep the child or young person safe. Often home support will be for children and young people on the edge of care or for supporting a young person and the family during a period reunification.

      Children’s Residential Homes

      We provide experienced support workers to local authority and privately owned Children’s Residential Homes. Our support staff are flexible in their working hours and will work short shifts, long days, waking nights and sleep in shifts.
